       First, the type of elevator

       During the planning period of the building, the purpose of the building should be clearly stated, because the types of elevators used by hotels, restaurants, office buildings, hospitals, residential buildings, or industrial and mining enterprises have different types of elevators, and once they are determined, It is very troublesome to change again. Regarding the part of elevator construction (mainly the elevator hoistway), the design department is usually specialized. The elevator manufacturer provides standard civil engineering drawings of the same type, and combines the different structures of the elevator ladders of the building, such as brick structures, concrete structures, brick-concrete structures, or steel structures, to draw elevator civil drawings. This size is considered universal and can meet the needs of general manufacturers. However, there are differences in shaft design dimensions, engine room and pit requirements of different elevator manufacturers. If manufacturers are determined in advance, designing according to the drawings of selected manufacturers can reduce the waste of use space and also reduce the troubles of future construction. If the hoistway is large, the area will be wasted; if the hoistway is small and some manufacturers cannot meet it at all, they must press non-standard production and increase a lot of construction costs.

       Third, a reasonable choice of manufacturers and brands

Industry practice is to require prepayment, full payment or basic full payment before shipment. The elevator factory shall have the necessary business licenses, elevator production licenses, qualification certificates for the construction enterprises of the construction department to which it belongs, and certification documents for the installation of safety certificates.

       Each elevator factory has an elevator function table, and the purchasing personnel must understand its function. Some functions are mandatory and cannot fall.        Seventh, overall planning and delivery time

       The owner can request the manufacturer of the elevator to specify the delivery date for the progress of his own building construction. It is now generally required for the factory to provide two and a half months to four months, and the elevator equipment of the general building should be capped at the top of the building. It is advisable to dismantle the outdoor tower crane soon.        First of all, the quality of elevator equipment products requires elevator manufacturers to guarantee the quality of their products. Since elevators belong to special equipment, the production quality of enterprises with production certification will not usually have big problems, but only the durability and stability will be certain. difference.

       Second, we must pay attention to the installation and commissioning process, and the quality of installation is very important. The installation team of each elevator plant is basically its own or a long-term cooperation. There are also assessments, and the commissioning is usually arranged by the elevator plant.

       Third, after-sales service, after the elevators have been sold, all professional maintenance teams are responsible. The elevator factory will sign the maintenance contract with the property company, which guarantees the continuity of the elevator plant's work. The reasonableness and timeliness of maintenance management ensure the quality of elevator use. Therefore, as early as the beginning of the 1990s, the State issued a red-headed document from the Ministry of Construction. It clearly stipulates that elevator products use the “one-stop” service provided by the manufacturer, that is, the elevator manufacturer will provide warranty, installation, and maintenance on the elevator equipment it produces.        Nine, elevator acceptance can not be careless

       Elevators are special equipment. The State Bureau of Technical Supervision has an acceptance procedure, but they are usually responsible for safety. Therefore, the owner and the supervising unit must strictly carry out unpacking acceptance, process monitoring, concealed inspection and acceptance, and functional acceptance. It must be checked and accepted according to the elevator acceptance criteria and the functions determined in the contract, and the acceptance of an elevator and an elevator.

       Ten, special people control elevator security

       The elevator installation and commissioning are completed, internal acceptance is completed, and the conditions of use are met. According to regulations, elevators are not allowed to be used without inspection by the Technical Supervision Bureau, but usually the elevator has been dismantled at this time, and other work of the general contracting unit has not been completed and an indoor elevator is required. The elevator unit signs the agreement with the general contractor. The elevator unit arranges the elevator to open the elevator.
