Metal expansion bolt installation
(1) The concrete wall should be firm and strong, and its compressive strength should be no less than 24 MPa. The thickness of the concrete wall should be above 120 mm, which cannot be used on hollow brick walls.
(2) The error of the drill hole diameter does not exceed one 0.3 ~ +0.5mm, the depth error does not exceed +3mm, and the residual debris in the hole is removed.
(3) After the bolt is fixed, the head deflection is not more than 2mm.
(4) Metal expansion bolt installation method: 1 According to the design drawing to determine the installation position, the elastic line positioning. 2 According to the load bearing by the bracket and the hanger, the corresponding metal expansion bolt and drill bit are selected, and the length of the drill bit is greater than the length of the casing. 3 The depth of the hole should be flat until the casing is completely buried in the wall or in the top plate. The residual debris in the 4 holes is removed, and then the expansion bolt is inserted into the hole with a wooden hammer to ensure that the sleeve is flat with the wall or the top surface, and the end of the bolt is exposed, so that the thread of the bolt cannot be damaged. 5 After the bolts are buried, the brackets or hangers can be directly fixed to the metal expansion bolts by using the corresponding gaskets.
