(4) Electrical equipment is safe and reliable;
(5) The leveling accuracy is good;
(6) No abnormal noise. Under normal conditions of initial commissioning, load tests with no-load, balanced load, rated load and 110% rated load shall be carried out according to the requirements of the specification. It is required to operate for not less than 8 hours per day and 1000 times of braking at a current rate of 40%. The whole process is running smoothly, the brake is reliable, and the continuous operation is trouble-free. The oil temperature of each equipment in the equipment room, such as electric motor and reducer, does not exceed the specified value; the oil does not leak. In the event of an abnormal condition, stop the inspection and continue the test after eliminating the cause until it is qualified.
