Taboo 5: Elevator balance factor is set arbitrarily
Consequences: In order to make the car load and counterweight energy in the elevator stable, the elevator balance factor should be tested. If the incomplete test pattern is not formed, the balance coefficient value is not accurate enough, which will affect the determination of the weight of the counterweight, affect the adjustment of the braking torque, and thus affect the leveling accuracy and comfort.
Measures: In order to make the car, the load in the car and the counterweight are in balance. W1=W+K flat Q type W1——weight (ks); W——car weight; K level——balance coefficient; Q——rated load. The elevator balance coefficient test is based on the motor operating current values at 0%, 25%, 40%, 50%, 5%, 100%, and 110% of the load, and the intersection of the upstream and downstream running current curves is the balance coefficient.
