The difference between passenger elevators and cargo elevators

19-05-2019

There are several main differences between cargo elevators and passenger elevators. 1 is safety, 2 is comfort, and 3 is environmental requirements.
According to GB50182-93 "Electrical Installation Engineering Elevator Electrical Installation Construction and Acceptance Specifications"
6.0.9 Technical performance tests shall comply with the following provisions:
6.0.9.1 The maximum acceleration and deceleration of the elevator shall not exceed 1.5 m/s2. For elevators with rated speeds greater than 1 m/s and less than 2 m/s, the average acceleration and average deceleration shall not be less than 0.5 m/s2. For elevators with rated speed greater than 2 m/s, the average acceleration and average deceleration shall not be less than 0.7 m/s2;
6.0.9.2 During the operation of passengers and hospital elevators, the vibration acceleration in the horizontal direction shall not exceed 0.15 m/s2, and the vibration acceleration in the vertical direction shall not exceed 0.25 m/s2;
6.0.9.3 The total noise of passengers and hospital elevators in operation shall comply with the following provisions:
(1) The noise of the equipment room should not exceed 80dB;
(2) The noise in the car should not exceed 55dB;
(3) The noise should not exceed 65dB during the process of opening and closing the door.
From the aspect of control, the acceleration and deceleration rate is mainly different, which is mainly considering the comfort of passengers. Other aspects are similar to the passenger elevator.
